Once you have indicated to the church that you desire to be baptized you should receive a call no later than the Friday prior to a scheduled baptism in order to confirm your participation and verify the proper spelling of your name.
Please plan to arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the beginning of service on the day of your scheduled baptism. Upon arriving to the church, identify yourself to one of the ushers as a candidate for baptism. You will then be directed to a changing area in order to prepare for baptism. Once you have been baptized, please return to the changing area in order to change into dry clothing (please bring a change of undergarments). You may then return for the remainder of the service seated in the front if the sanctuary on the east side closest to the podium. At the end of the service you will be called up to receive your certificate of baptism. Once your name is called, please step forward to receive your certificate and remain standing until all names are called, or as directed.
