Operation Timothy is a one-on-one discipleship ministry that helps men and women grow in their knowledge of God’s Word and its application to their lives. This is offered that they might become mature followers of Christ. Upon completing Operation Timothy, they are, in turn, to help others develop and grow in their Christian faith through this strategy of multiplication.
